Pauline had been considering upper blepharoplasty (often called an eye lift), but feared going under the knife and decided to try Planoplas instead.

For Pauline, it turned out to be the perfect alternative. As well as treating her upper eyelids, I also treated the lines to her upper lip and carried out a spray to the chin area.

After several weeks, the healing process has completed, and the skin looks dramatically younger, fresher and more youthful.

Planoplas in progress 👀

Planoplas can be used to treat certain types of scars, including acne scars. It works by stimulating collagen production and remodelling the skin’s surface.

The Planoplas device uses ionised atmospheric gas (plasma) to create a precise, controlled micro-arc of energy when held near the skin. This causes superficialvaporisation of the top layer of skin and stimulates the body’s natural healing process, producing new collagen and elastin, which helps smooth out the appearance of scars. The process aims to tighten the skin’s surface and remodel the existing scar tissue.

If you have old scars from acne or anything else that you’re conscious of, book a consultation, and I’ll assess whether they could be suitable for Planoplas treatment.
