A transformative, embodied practice for the body, heart, and mind.
An invitation to shake off what no longer serves you and reclaim your body as a powerful tool for change. Guided by a poetic theme and an epic playlist, we move together through waves of shaking, jumping, resting, dancing, and intuitive flow. Expect a rich blend of yoga, pilates, somatics, and bodyweight strength work.
This is a space where movement becomes a statement — where you can sweat, release, and build a resilient body, while grounding into values and vision for a better world.
