This might feel like a hard question, especially right now. There is a lot of darkness in the world and so many of us are fearful and carrying heavy hearts.

Peace isn’t something we can force or magically create but it can be found in the simplest of things like nature, yoga, creativity, even if it’s only a glimpse.

Small moments where everything softens and the heart opens.

What a time!

Beyond grateful to this crew for answering the call and diving into the Sri Lanka retreat with such open hearts 🥰

Elemental yoga in the most beautiful outdoor shalas, exploring the nature, learning about the culture, surfing, kayaking, sunset practices, ceremony and sound, incredible food and so many laughs along the way.

Small groups make it extra special.

Why we chose our next retreat venue…

Glen Dye is so cool, but that’s not why we chose it.

We chose it because of the way it made us feel.
Like a big, deep breath.
Shoulders dropped. Everything softened.

The landscape here is genuinely stunning — wild, expansive and sooo mystical.
The kind of place that makes you feel small in a good way,held by hills, forest, sky.

We wanted a place that could hold people — where nature leads, fires are lit, conversations slow down,
and there’s space to just… be.

It’s full of the most interesting little nooks too — unique places to explore, gather, practice yoga and create really special experiences together.

And it’s just so bloody Scottish, in a very modern way. We love that.

Eeeeek. Can’t wait.

Yogaaaa - what happens when you stop trying to move ‘correctly’ and start moving from a place of freedom, expansion, trust… even love?

Can your yoga practice be an expression of love ?
Yessss.

Yoga asana provides a container - a familiar, structured shape to meet ourselves in.
But beneath the form, the body has its own rhythm.
And every body is different. Wildly different!

When we are able to quiet the noise we can connect with that rhythm. By staying present with sensation and breath, movement can soften beyond the shape,
beyond effort, into something more honest, more felt.

This is spiritual in itself, this is embodiment.
And it asks for less effort than we think, just a willingness to listen!

Our retreats are designed with this in mind offering space to explore, listen, and truly embody your practice.
Hopefully long after our time together. 🤍

This wknd we hosted another retreat in Balqhuidder, the weather was wild!

Great company, inspiring conversation, lots of yoga, delicious food and the odd nap. 🥰

Nature forced us to stay indoors but we still had these views, and it was pretty lovely.
Feeling very greatful!

Introducing this beautiful human… Natalie from 🫶

Natalie will be hosting our sound journey on the next retreat with Jules. The vibrations from the bowls can do magical things but more than anything it’s deeply relaxing. On retreat when you are already in a state of relaxation, they can be even more powerful.

Nat is an old friend, we reconnected a few years ago when I went to her for Shiatsu. Shiatsu is a form of acupressure massage based on the principles of Traditional Chinese medicine, she uses sound to compliment the therapy. We couldn’t recommend it more tbh!

Yin yoga is very closely related as it’s also based on TCM. On retreat we will blend our two passions together with a very special journey in yin and sound for you. With Yin we open and extend the meridians and allow the sound to permeate deeper.
