Accessible Counselling & Personal Development Coaching Hi, I am Rebecca, a Counselor/ Psychotherapist. I graduated from Strathclyde University in 2013 and am accredited by BACP. See LinkedIn. Their carers and family.

I am also a member of Person-Centred Therapy Scotland. All CPD hours and Supervision are up to date. I have 9yrs counselling experience working with a diverse range of clients with a wide base of issues for example people with Cancer, Chronic Pain, Sleep Apnoea, Epilepsy, Depression, , Emotional Pain,
Coping with Loss and Grief, And much more. I aim to make my page and Counselling, Coaching service as accessible as I Ethically can. I know what its like when you don't feel great and cant make it out the front door never mind the thought of a journey, but at the same time need someone to talk to so you can clear your head. I believe everyone is entitled to great Mental Health and Wellbeing no matter what your situation. I plan to make my sessions, posts video as plain speech as I can. My first European Symposium for Therapists, What an experience, 4 days of learning and connecting together.

Today I am exhausted and my right foot is bruised ,probably from walking about, but it is so worth it,

The closing ceremony yesterday was amazing, and emotional Brian Rodgers, who has written books that I studied whilst training was the speaker , over the four days there was a mandala made everyone adding there own creative pieces to it. What an ending.

You know the ones ,when you park in a disabled parking space, and you jump out of the car in a hurry to run into the shop, and even if you have your mobility card on the screen.

💚 That looks.

Or one day your neighbour sees you in your wheelchair, and then the next day you may not need it.

💚 There is that look again.

They obviously have never heard of Invisible Disability or part time Wheelchair User, or having a rare good day.

💚That would be a healthier attitude , and also to replace the look with a smile.😀
