As many of you know I got the devastating news that my cancer had returned in May earlier this year. It was a very difficult time for me navigating my way through such a period of uncertainty.
However I continued to work with my amazing couples and deliver their ceremonies for as long as I possibly could whilst undergoing my chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment until I was hospitalised for my second stem cell transplant at the Queen Elizabeth Univeristy Hospital.
I was in hospital for four weeks and I am now at home recovering. I am extremely immunocompromised and my road to recovery is long but I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love.
Thank you to all of my wonderful couples for understanding and thank you to my amazing colleagues for stepping in to deliver the ceremonies I couldn’t including .the.celebrant and also a big thank you to for sending me so many cards to the hospital.
I will be back in 2026, I may look slightly different again but I will continue to do my best to create and deliver the ceremony of your dreams. I will be in touch with all of you amazing couples in due course to get planning your very special ceremony.
All my love and best wishes,
Nicole x
