A beautifully happy day volunteering in the Memories Tea Room, which brings together community and supports those with Dementia or Alzheimers, and their families✨🤍

If you would like to help support this fantastic group, they are holding a charity night on the 22nd of April, tickets are on Ticketmaster and they are less than £12 each🌟

Cold or wet weather can put us off of doing anything but its important to still get fresh air and be active. Fresh air boosts mental clarity, natural light improves mood and staying active aids heart health and overall regulation. Take notice of the beauty around you and find calm in nature 🌳🌻🍃
