Thursdays 5.15 to 6.15 PM, starting Thursday 28th August. Learn inner Qigong to support and sustain your Qi. The class is on Zoom. Ask for a link.

Hi All!

Glad not as hot as Sunday.

Back at the garden today, be having the nursery children over to the garden first at 1pm, will be some new faces. Looking forward to having back from the summer holidays.

Then garden open for all from 2 till 4pm, be getting on with gardening tasks and harvesting more veg, come in get some potatoes, courgettes, beans and herbs, and what else.

Or just pop in for chat, looking around, see the flowers.

Starting up again Next week Tai Chi Gong, thanks all from last sessions asking about more and, on a donation, based. As no more funding for at present but are applying to grants.

No one will be turned away, so all welcome, will be running from next Wednesday for 6 weeks.

All welcome from beginners.
