Can you imagine how many prescriptions are given out in a daily basis just in the UK alone... How many doctors are in just Glasgow area...

It's crazy to even think about isn't it...

Mental health is at an all time high , people are stressed and overwhelmed and giving out chemicals for people to ingest or inject is not the answer...

Sadly the world is designed to keep us inside with fake led lights , have us sitting down alot watching TV or working at computers, they tell us to wear sunglasses 🙈 and spray chemicals on food , water and in our air .. everyone addicted to Sugar and Phones ..

It's UP to US to take care of ourselves.. WE are ENERGETIC BEINGS we are Electric ⚡ Movement creates Energy , we need to MOVE more.. we need to SMILE more , release happy endorphins . BREATHE more...

I been on a long pondering wandering road lately... 🤣 I found myself living In and out of different versions of me...ALL whom want to create something to birth into the world and then the next day I am someone else with another new idea and vision and see a different path ahead ...

I have been questioning my identity, and how we can be and ARE SO many versions of us that we can connect to and Intergrate ... It's absolutely incredible really , it blows my mind and I Fooking LOVE it...

But it does cause me to doubt myself because we have been programmed to believe that we should stick to one thing, make up our minds.. know what we want..know who we are and where we going .. And If we don't... We are dumb... And doing something wrong...

I don't have all the answers , I don't have clarity that others may want and I have to keep telling myself that it's OK..

I'm done with beating myself up because I don't have all the answers in tired of it all. ..

One day I'm a Oracle , the next I'm a Priestess then a Guardian of Gaia and ALL have a different vibe that brings through different thoughts and actions ⚡🤣
What I do know is at the core of my being is infinite well of LOVE+ Light and that never changes ✨ 💕

Its ok if things change, it's ok to cancel things, it's ok to completely rewrite a retreat , It's ok to NOT Know what I'm doing in June and July..

I realise it's been something that has been carried around me for many years, this feeling that I am a complete stupid idiot if I don't know the answer to something..

And it eats away at me...

I want to just BE and not have to know anything..

And for today that is who I am going to BE ... Just ME ...Me with no answers or f***s to give ...and I am happy with that 💞

Not gonna lie , I fell in love with Amsterdam... Which came as a Complete surprise.. it was like stepping into a world where the whole of society has been on a Mindfulness journey. .

So unbelievably Refreshing ✨

Everywhere I went I found syncronicities . I was exactly where I was meant to be... I booked this trip so .randomly and it ended up meaning so much to me and came at exactly the right time 🙏🏻

I was blessed to meet up with an amazing old friend and spent hours in a forest park with him chatting .. the sun shined the whole time I was away, woop 🌞

I saw beautiful sing at a concert hall 😍 and then next morning I was sat by the water for a few hours contemplating life and just when I asked the universe a question out of nowhere a bone dry white feather appears before me in the water , was like a angel come by for a chat 😇

and then I went into a shop and a song I used to sing alot when I was in my twenties came on with the perfect lyrics for that moment and I felt this Divine love pour down from the universe and into my heart and it filled me up with happy tears in eyes and huge smile 😁 perfect end to my time away .

It ALL was exactly what I needed 🔥

Now to get things ready for Feed Your SOUL Retreat which is going to be AMAZING 😍

I am extremely blessed and grateful
