Has having a stoma or internal pouch affected your relationships or intimate life?
Researchers are inviting people who have undergone benign (non-cancer) pelvic colorectal surgery to take part in the Sex-PROM Phase 3 Recruitment Study.
The study is exploring how surgery can affect intimacy, relationships and quality of life.
The aim of the study is to better understand people’s experiences so that healthcare professionals can improve the support and information available in the future.
As this is the final stage of development, taking part involves testing the final questionnaire by completing it twice, one month apart.
