To see the connections made between the girls and the similarities in energies and stories shared .. aww it was honestly just so amazing and inspiring ✨

Reiki is an incredibly special energy and it brings together likeminded souls 🤍

I have another 6 beautiful women joining me this Sunday for their Level One certification (on 22/2 of all days 😍😇) and I have a feeling it will be so special just like this class was!

In Holy Fire Reiki First Degree, we explore the connection of Reiki with self and you can then give healing to friends and family too ✨ if you wish to progress further on your Reiki journey or wish to work on others, then we move onto Second Degree 🤲🏻

No matter what, if you are attuned to Reiki, in my opinion it can only enhance your life experience and bring blessings to you 🌈

I posted this video on TikTok in 2024 and I feel called to share it again now 🩵✨

I used to feel ashamed of my gifts and feared being seen as weird. The minute I honoured them and recognised my sensitive & intuitive nature was my biggest gift was the minute everything shifted ✨

That’s why my entire business is built on helping other sensitive souls like me on their own healing or spiritual journey .. so they can feel that shift too within themselves, from ashamed to empowered and thriving 🪬

Awwww guys.. I have to say, I am still on an absolute high from my very first Reiki First Degree class on Sunday 🥹🤍

Something I wasn’t prepared for was the level of PRIDE I would feel watching these amazing ladies learn and absorb the teachings and then be bold and brave enough to put it straight into practice by working on each other for a wee taster session each 🫶🏼

If you know me, you will know Reiki isn’t just any old treatment to me. It is my passion and is a lifestyle 🌈 as I said to the girls on Sunday, being attuned to this energy is a beautiful and sacred responsibility that should be used with love and used wisely 🫶🏼

That’s why I am SO passionate about teaching Reiki and as your teacher, I vow to lead and empower you to hold this energy and use it for the highest good of all, as Dr. Usui and the amazing Reiki Masters that have followed him intended 🪬

Sharing the energy and feeling the connection with these wonderful ladies today was so special for me. So proud of these amazing women 🥹 thank you for choosing to come and learn with me and for making my first ever class so special! 🧚

The rise of divine feminine energy is said to peak in 2026 and I can see it unfolding already 🔥🤝🏼

One of the best things I did as a highly sensitive and intuitive soul who was struggling with -
• overwhelm
• burnout
• painful periods
• bloating
• high cortisol and low energy

was step OUT of my masculine energy and IN to my soft girl, divine feminine & healer energy that I was always supposed to be in 🤍

it is of no surprise to me also that I have 12 incredible women following suit and joining me over the next couple of weeks to train in Reiki & honour their gifts, light and sensitivity to share out into the World. I think we all know that now more than ever, this kind of work matters so much 🌍

As I’ve posted about recently, my life and my work has been really guiding me back to what feels most true for me and that is supporting highly sensitive souls like me through Reiki, energy education and body-based healing 🙏🏻

When I discovered spirituality and energy work at 17, everything changed for me 🪬 It helped me understand my sensitivity, my body and my energy in a way nothing else ever had before! ✨

Learning to work with my nervous system energetically instead of pushing against it became the foundation of my healing and the work I now share with my amazing clients 🫶🏼

The current energies are absolutely crazy right now so I thought I’d share this wee oracle card pull from recently 💜✨

The message from this pull is 100% that you are being asked to dig deep and go within.. your energy may be feeling scattered so you are struggling to get clarity or answers but this is your reminder that they are all inside of you 👼

This is a time to call your energy and power back to you and be still so you can hear your own inner voice clearly 🔮 In the same breath, you are also being asked here to be open to receiving help to lighten your load whether it is physical or emotional. Drop trying to control the outcome of things or force anything as now is not the time with the current energies of the last shedding of the year of the snake 🐍

Meditation (however that looks for you) may be good for you also just now 🧘‍♀️ meditation can come in the form of just sitting in stillness with relaxing music on, a guided meditation from YouTube or using the Insight Timer app or even just a walk in nature to clear the mind 🤝🏼 often the answers you need will come in the quiet 🪬

Hopefully this resonates with some of you but hang in there guys 😮‍💨.. I know it is energetically chaotic atm but the year of the horse is coming and things will start to feel less stagnant and clearer soon 🐎

🤝🏼 honesty post incoming …

Something that I will always be honest about is..
showing up online consistently is HARD af 😮‍💨

If I do something I like to give my ALL to it .. so my priority is always giving 5* service to my clients and I’m pretty confident that I achieve that 🙏🏻 but I am also conscious that we live in a digital world now and just showing up in person isn’t enough anymore in the world of biz 😩

It can often make you feel like you aren’t doing enough, even though you are putting so much work in elsewhere behind the scenes and with your clients/customers, where tbh I think it truly matters most! 😧

In terms of content I prefer to strike when the iron of inspiration is hot and when I really actually feel like it 🙈 not when I *think* I should post or just posting for the sake of it.. it’s just not me 🤷‍♀️ but it doesn’t take away the guilt of not posting as regularly as I’d like to 😅

Anyway, I saw this wee trend floating about and it inspired me .. whenever I feel like I’m not doing “enough”, I will look at this and look at wee Lucy who would be bloody delighted with all of the things we’ve done so far and the people we have helped and that’s good enough for me 🥹🫂
