I can’t wait to start teaching soon and share the magic of Reiki with others so they can find their joy and share it with the 🌎 too! You can train in Reiki to be a practitioner or just to raise your own vibration and tap into your own self healing/spiritual development 🌈 soooo excited 🤩

Last weekend I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful & .gongsta79 for another Holistic Wellness Day for their lovely members 💙

Having the opportunity to share Reiki with amazing souls who need it is just amazing and one I don’t take for granted at all! Reiki is an incredible complimentary therapy for so many things including grief 🌈 I always say it isn’t to take it away completely, however it definitely helps to lighten the heavy load of it 🫂

Thank you Natalie & Anton for having me, you guys are the best and doing amazing work ✨ special souls in every way 🫶🏼

I am fully aware that this might be controversial and I want to start by saying I think AI and Chat GPT are amazing tools if used in the right way📱 however .. something about it just doesn’t sit right with me about it as a business owner 🫣 especially a spiritual business owner! 🥹

This post is absolutely no disrespect to anyone who uses these tools and these are all fully just my own opinions but maybe some of it might give you food for thought 💭🙏🏻

- As a spiritual business owner who wants to educate people as much as possible and hopefully ERADICATE the term “woo-woo” 🙈 .. I owe it to you, my Instagram follower, client or random viewer of my content to hear from ME personally and learn about my own experiences and teachings. Not the generic opinions or teachings of a robot.

- I feel like it is leading people away from themselves and making us even more reliant on technology (if that’s even possible) which is the exact opposite of what I want to achieve in my mission. I don’t want people to connect more into their phones and out of their body, mind or soul. People are giving their entire brain power away to these apps and the lines between what is actually reality and what is AI are incredibly blurred to a frightening degree. We need more awareness around this instead of feeding it with more and more and growing its power.

- To be honest and in my opinion the way AI writes just comes across as really inauthentic, forced and just not in any way genuine 🥲 the captions are cringey and your clients or followers will be able to tell a mile away that your content or captions have been written by it. Again we owe it to ourselves and our clients to continue to be creative, tap into your own imagination and light.

I could go on and on about this all day but it’s just something I feel I need to share! In my content and anything else I create, please know it was not written or created by AI 🤖

🩷 A little update 🩷

Hey guys! I thought I’d do a little update here since I’ve been so busy with all things wedding and honeymoon for the first half of 2025 🙈 and I haven’t had time to put as much focus on my socials and CPD as I would like to 🥹 thank you for baring with me and for all the love & support you have all shown me! I’m so grateful 🫂

So, with all that being said 🤪 & for anyone new to my page, hello and welcome.

I am Lucy and I am a Reiki Master practitioner.. soon to be teacher!!!! 🥹👩‍🏫 I am so happy to announce that I will be offering Reiki training and courses from January 2026! 🌈

I have been a devoted student of energy work, healing, manifestation and the holistic world since 2012! 🧚 Reiki changed my life and sparked a massive spiritual awakening within me that has led me to where I am today 🩷

On this journey I have had so many different experiences, mentors, trainings and now I run White Feather Holistics full time after starting up in 2022. My primary focus has been on offering sacred energy and body work that brings about mind, body and soul healing for my clients. I have worked on hundreds of people and the time feels right now to take the leap into education and I am so exciteddddd! I will be offering training as well as still doing my current therapies and 1-1/group soundbaths which are new to my services & also coming very soon 😍🧘‍♀️

My story so far… 🤍💫

A lot of people see the bubbly and confident me but not many have seen the anxious wreck I used to be other than very close friends and family 😶‍🌫️

My story is never shared for pity or sadness, it’s always to empower and inspire others. Through my struggle I found my life purpose and that is something I will always be proud of 💪🏼

In September 2021 I had what I’d describe as an absolute nervous breakdown. For some reason I just couldn’t cope with how much the world had changed since 2020, it all scared me so much. I spent 3 months waking up and vomiting every morning out of sheer fear and anxiety and I was just totally lost. I was so lucky to have an amazing support system, my spiritual practices, energy healing and faith in Reiki (& of course wee baby Duke) and slowly I found myself again and everything eventually got so much better 🙏🏼

I’ve found myself reflecting a lot and asking myself recently what’s next for White Feather? I have a few ideas in mind💡 but I’m also just being patient with myself and trusting in the unfolding. If there is one thing I learned it is that everything always works out 🥰
