life update & honest chats on this Pink Full Moon 🌕🥹💕

I have been so excited to share this news but it comes with a heavy heart leaving my wee happy house that we’ve created so many amazing memories in.. all the while I know it’s absolutely the right time for this move and it is the start of a new chapter for us and for my wee business ☺️🤍 we’re not actually moving until Oct and of course il be sharing updates and progress as we go 🏡

PS. ignore my hair it was perfect this morning and I got caught in the rain without a hood 🙈 rookie mistake!

I am currently preparing for another fully booked Usui Holy Fire Reiki First Degree class this weekend and I cannot wait 🤩 teaching Reiki really has absolutely surprised me in the most unexpected ways.. 🥺🦋🤍

Seeing the transformations in my previous students after sitting in, experiencing and being attuned to Usui Holy Fire Reiki has been really really special and an honour actually 🥺

We have some lovely little group chats that are filled with testimony, honest chat and likeminded souls who have become friends on their wee journey together 🥲 it’s amazing to see 🤍

A lot of people don’t realise that First Degree in Reiki is all about the journey and transformation of the self ✨ although you are attuned to the energy forever, it’s about using it on yourself and releasing what no longer serves you. It also allows you to practice Reiki on friends and family too 🤍

This is much more than just learning about Reiki though, as we will also dive into intuition, your spiritual gifts and how to use them, reading cards and connecting with your spirit team and higher self 🤝🏼

I have two upcoming dates in May at in Cumbernauld to learn and become attuned to First Degree ✨ .. so if you have been watching from the sidelines and are feeling that intuitive nudge to join in with the magic, send me a DM and we can secure your space! 💌

Most people think Reiki is just about relaxation.

It is for sure.. but the style of Reiki I practice and teach is called Usui Holy Fire Reiki, a transformative energy that can shift your energy, consciousness and spiritual awareness in ways many people never expect 🤗

I have witnessed this transformation personally within myself, with the hundreds of clients I have worked on and with the students I have attuned 🪬🦋 a lot of the time, people come for “healing” and leave experiencing something much deeper than that 🤍

When your energy field clears and recalibrates, your whole internal world can start to change and that naturally begins to change your external life too 🫆✨

I had a conversation with a client today that stopped me in my tracks and reminded me of when I was 21 🥹🦋

& it got me thinking about what 21 year old me would think of 31 year old me .. and what I’d say to her now if I could 🫶🏼

This advice is timeless though. So, I hope this resonates with you whether your 21 or beyond 🤍

The unique style of Reiki that I practice and also teach is called Usui Holy Fire Reiki which is gentle and non-invasive hands on healing 🌈.. but is also more than just relaxation. Holy Fire helps to create transformation, release old patterns and shift emotional blocks and limiting beliefs so that you can step into alignment with your highest self 🔥

When you shift your energy, you shift your reality and I learned that through receiving it myself which has led me to devote myself to this work/energy and be so passionate about teaching it too 🥰‼️
