Autumn, I think it’s my favourite season for a few different reasons.
It means different things to different people. Pumpkin spice lattes or dark nights starting for next few months? Big scarfs and walks through the leaves or home straight after work and closing the door?
It’s all about perspective.
As the leaves fall, autumn could be the time for shedding the old patterns of behaviour, the thoughts or the habits that you want to move on from.
In this transitional time the leaves will keep falling whether or not you decide this is the time for you to change. Time doesn’t wait for you to decide. What’s holding you back from making that change for you right now?
