How to Take Shilajit… because it tastes rotten 👀 🤷🏻♀️
Shilajit isn’t a supplement you chug. It’s more of a daily ritual.
🖤 How much?
• Start with a grain of rice size
• You can slowly work up to a pea size once your body’s happy
Less is more here ~ this stuff is potent, not pushy. If you think taking more makes it work faster and better… buy extra loo roll 💩 🚽 (you’ve been warned)
☕ How to take it:
• Dissolve it in warm (not boiling) water
• Or add to herbal tea / warm milk
• Stir, sip, done
Or if you’re tough like us… straight under the tongue and let it dissolve, followed by a drink of FILTERED water. NO TAP WATER as it depletes several minerals and nutrients.
⏰ Best time:
• Morning is ideal for gentle energy & clarity
• Some prefer early afternoon
• Avoid late evening if you’re sensitive ~ it can be quietly energising
🖤 personally we do a dose first thing in the morning and a top up dose in the afternoon. But we’ve been taking shilajit for 3yrs 💪🏼

The first week or so you may feel a bit sluggish while the shilajit gets to work clearing out toxins etc.
⚠️ A few sensible notes:
• Always use resin, not powder
• Drink plenty of water
• If pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication ~ check with a professional
• Tune into your body, track your progress daily.
• Patience & consistency is key!!!
This is ancient earth medicine ~ it works best when taken consistently and respectfully, not rushed or forced.
