Thank you to every single one of you who shared this year whether as clients, colleagues, friends or family. You are all in my heart as this year draws to a close and I still can’t quite believe I’ve completed my last sessions of 2025 already. What a busy year it’s been, and how grateful I am for that 🤍

Wishing each and every one of you peace and light over Christmas and New Year. Thank you and I look forward to seeing what 2026 brings for us all 🙏 💗

A little bit of cheer for the therapy room today. I’d like to thank every one of my clients who were all so patient and understanding of the time I needed off to recover from my op.
It has been so good to get back to work and see you all again, and I’m looking forward to seeing who I haven’t caught up with just yet.

Today has been such a grey, chilly day but it’s been brightened and warmed by coffee, a surprise cake and many friendly faces.
Tonight I’m off to see Wicked so that will be my self care for the week 😄

Remember to give yourself some care too, you are as valuable as anyone else and your peace matters 🥰🤍

I really do mean it when I say I remember all the babies of the families I support in my work with Baby Loss Retreat - Aftercare Support as well as in other areas of my life. You are all in my heart today and always. Every single one of you. This candle is for you.
