Since you are all loving PSL season - I thought it would be perfect to team up with my favourites at for a gorgeous little get together!

Expect a cosy, energising afternoon as we move into this new season, with a 50 minute Pilates with Ciara signature flow, connection, and (of course) pumpkin spice! 🤎
