🧘 Meditation The Reiki Pod in Neilston is a unique tranquil setting that affords a relaxing, quality time and space to ‘just be". Unlike salons there are no phones ringing or other customers coming and going, allowing for a totally individual tailored holistic session. I allow time at the end of each session so you can relax and be in the moment, ensuring optimal treatment benefits are achieved. A free consultation is incorporated to allow for your expectations and relevant medical information to be shared. My aim is for every one who visits the Pod to feel they have had an individual holistic session to suit their needs and to have experienced an up-lifting, relaxing and re-energising treatment. Within the Pod, I endeavour to tailor your treatment, so therefor I take into consideration your music choice or preferred silence, heated/unheated massage bed, using oils to allow for optimal treatment benefits and selecting Neal's Yard products that suit your skin type. These blissful aromas will also add to your "me time". I am in the moment with you during your treatment, as my passion is to share my love of holistic therapies. Appointments times are flexible to suit, as the Pod is situated in my backdoor. Why wait until your day off, when you can book an appointment at night time, then just float home and relax..doesn't that sounds heavenly!!

If one day something shifted
And the world around us changed
So that we saw the weights
That people carry every day

Perhaps we'd notice burdens
Round the shoulders of a friend
Or watch a stranger pull a train of grief
That never ends

Perhaps we'd see that someone
On the bus can barely stand
Because of all the heaviness
They hold within their hands

Perhaps we'd see a colleague
Carrying a box around
And watch them - as the day goes by -
Stoop closer to the ground

We'd recognise the load of things
We're never normally shown
We'd see that people carry
So much heaviness alone

And maybe if we saw it all
We'd stop a little while
We'd load our words with kindness
And we'd speak them with a smile

For maybe all our judgement
Would be softened into grace
And all our empathy would make
The world a better place

Yes, perhaps we’d move more gently,
Speak compassion to the air
If just for once, our eyes could see
The weights that others bear
