Say hello to Rachel, the new manager of Club Gym City! 👋
Rachel has been a familiar face around the gym for a while, and we’re thrilled to now have her leading the team.
Rachel said: "Since starting here, I’ve loved not just training and building my client base, but being part of and helping to grow the Club Gym City community. My training intermixes flexibility, pilates and weight-lifting. I believe the most effective training programmes consider key elements of mobility, posture and personal fitness passions, so I help clients structure programmes into their routines that are enjoyable, fulfilling and goal-orientated.
"My goal is sustainable results for a long, healthy life. I want my clients to learn that from gym to kitchen, you are always in control. Supporting the growth of my own clients and a welcoming gym community is something I’m genuinely passionate about."
