New batches fermenting in the dark!

I dyed my hands pink grating beetroot for Borscht soup (which was delicious BTW!) Not ideal as a massage therapist. My husband suggested sandpaper; also not ideal as a massage therapist!! The magical answer was bicarbonate of soda, which got all the staining off super easily 🙌

I love being able to tailor the type of massage to what the client needs, knowing they leave the treatment room feeling better, in whatever capacity they needed to.

Marshaling and handing out flyers today very muddy run in Linn Park. So lucky with the weather as it was pouring down both before and after, but dry for the race 🙌

In my daughter's primary school this morning for I enjoyed talking to some of the children who were very interested in muscles, some of them just wanted to play with the massage chair and have a go at massaging each other. I was told I have a very cool job 😎 🫶

An ex rugby player who has had many injuries over their career. Has been building up strength with a PT for some time before coming to me and I now communicate with the PT as well as client, to make sure the massage works well in cohesively with the exercise.
