🆕 Researcher is helping heart disease patients get the treatment they need

Research has found that people with peripheral arterial disease should receive the same treatment as those with other heart conditions.

Dr Chris Seenan, a researcher and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physiotherapy and Paramedicine in Glasgow Caledonian’s School of Health and Life Sciences and member of the Ageing Well Research Group in the Research Centre for Health (ReaCH) was a key author in the research paper.

Such sad news about one of our previous graduates. Please see below for information and if you wish to contribute to help the family.

It is with enormous sadness that Joint Dynamics says goodbye to our brother Simon. Robbo passed away peacefully after an incredibly short struggle with cancer. His mum and aunt were with him at the end, and our thoughts are with them and his entire family.

Robbo was an incredibly generous, kind and brilliant member of our clinical team. He offered his patients compassion, humour and amazing skill. While we share our loss, we celebrate his life - his love of techno, being on the water, his motorbike. He was a man capable of bringing joy from all his adventures. He is loved by the whole team and leaves an unfillable void in our hearts.

Many people have reached out to us and asked us if they can help. Simon's medical costs where high and we would like to help defray this burden for his mum and family. If you would like to donate please follow the link - https://gogetfunding.com/donate-to-simons-treatment/
