Ive been attending fri steps class for just over 3 year!! Ive tried everything and anything to get the weight off. There no magic or quick fixes. Its about teaching yourself good healthy habits and changing your bad habits for the better. More importantly ive met so great people along the way to share my journey with. Since joining ive list a total of 7st 1lb
