Come and join me for an evening of self-care

Saturday 10th January
Williamwood Church, Clarkston

We will be honouring the slow energy of Winter.

The Water Element,
in East Asian Medicine theory,
represents Winter.

A season for reflection, energy conservation and going with the flow.

I will talk about the Water Element and how to nurture it,

We will do some Yin, quiet movement exercises,

Then finishing with some tea and a chat.

🍂 An Autumnal Evening of Nurture 🍂

Join me,
As I take you through a session to help nurture you through the darker months.

Using my training in Shiatsu and East Asian Medicine theory,
I will provide you with simple tools to look after yourself through the
Autumn and into Winter.

Followed by a calming 30 min yoga session from lovely Clare - which can be done seated or on a mat.

And finished off with a cup of Golden Milk and some gingerbread.

What's not to like?!

And for only £10!

- This cheap rate is due to me receiving a small grant from the Shiatsu Society to run a Shiatsu Awareness Event -

This will be filmed, and I ask that you fill out a short questionnaire at the end, provided by the Shiatsu Society, to gain data from receivers.

Open to ANYONE of any age!
