New class! Soulful Yoga with Jen .mat.sessions
Jen believes that the body requires movement, and the mind requires stillness. The purpose of this class is to aid you in both of these. Calming the nervous system & allowing our bodies to move in the way they need to to feel good.
This class will typically start with breathwork to calm the nervous system from our usual busy week, followed by a flowing yoga sequence which will take aspects from different types of yoga to move the body, building strength & confidence in the postures. It is suitable for all experience levels, including complete beginners. We will finish with a deeply relaxing Savasana which will leave you feeling ready to face the world.
