A busy month! We have BfN Helpers either hosting or attending up to 16 groups each week across Greater Glasgow & Clyde!

We’re proud to support the launch of The Nook from SAMH, Scotland’s first national network of mental health hubs, with our staff among the first to visit the new space in Glasgow’s Merchant City.

Lifelink is a free Glasgow City HSCP commissioned service for anyone living in Glasgow or registered with a Glasgow GP, offering time limited counselling for people experiencing mental health difficulties such as stress, anxiety and depression.

Our Story

The NW Youth Health Team provides a range of support and information on various health topics for young people in NW Glasgow. This includes the Youth Health Service and Weigh to Go programme. The team can link young people into opportunities such as training, volunteering, mentoring as well as youth groups and activities via the local Youth Network. Information and training are also available for Professionals working with young people.
