What a legend this guy is 💪

This Sunday, something extraordinary is happening in Glasgow 🚴‍♂️. Hundreds of cyclists will gather at the Chris Hoy Velodrome for a landmark event. Tour De 4 is a mass cycle, raising awareness and vital funds for cancer charities all across the UK.

At the heart of the event is Olympic legend Sir Chris Hoy, who created Tour de 4 following his diagnosis with stage 4 cancer. It's more than a fundraiser. It's a powerful statement that a stage 4 diagnosis, while life-changing, doesn’t define what’s possible.

Chris' vision is to bring together people who have been affected by cancer - whether directly or indirectly - to challenge perceptions. His continued optimism, advocacy, and determination to stay active are a true reflection of his resilience 💙.

5 DAYS TO CAMP!!! LAST CHANCE !

Day slots available to.joon in on our camp we have one slot on Friday and Saturday and 2 slots on Sunday for.our guided hack and lunch at Carron valley.

FRIDAY- ONE SLOT- 2PM - 4PM- ( individual times will be given (2 sharing in lesson) - pole work session with accredited coach and trainer Barbara McVean .

SATURDAY- ONE SLOT- 9AM - 4PM.(OPTIONAL) full day stable - hay and bedding provided.
9am - yogo with Equestrian Fitness coach
11am lessons start - 2 sharing - 10min warm.up with Equestrian Fitness coach then a 45/hour lesson with Liz Holmes, accredited coach and classical trainer. Lunch provided. Diane Hunter Smith will also be on sight to.offer a menu of treatments including physiotherapy, sports massage and kCR, bookings on the day.

SUNDAY- 11.30AM - meet at Carron valley carpart for a 2 hour guided ride out with a qualified guide around the beautiful and picturesque sights of Carron Valley and Meikle Bin, this will be followed by lunch.

FULL CAMP WEEKEND - if your keen for a super stay over in our all inclusive lodge is still available. 2 night stay with all the above included, meals provided and stabling, hay and bedding.
