Hello everyone, the weather is getting cold, but perfect time to retreat and come back to ourselves, work on grounding and stability in our body and mind.
We’ve brought back to more active breath-work, to work on our core and bring up the energy.
We have also continued mindfulness and meditation practice ( inline with my own meditation training:) to help build resilience , find clarity and balance in everyday life.
