ACCOUNTABILITY > MOTIVATION & DISCIPLINE
Motivation fades.
Discipline can burn out.
But accountability? That keeps showing up.
You won’t always feel like training.
You won’t always want to prep your meals.
You won’t always have the perfect mindset.
But if someone’s watching, you show up.
There’s 3 levels of accountability.
🔁 Self-accountability- setting standards and holding yourself to them (easier said than done).
👥 Peer accountability– having a partner, friend, or community check in on you.
📈 Coach accountability– someone who keeps you focused, on track, and calls you out when you slip.
Here’s the truth:
The most successful clients aren’t the most motivated.
They’re the most accountable.
