John is a yoga lover and life coach who has been a community worker for 30 years. He is more than 25 years in recovery from addictions and first came across yoga through an Edinburgh Community Yoga outreach class.

"Blessings everyone, my name is Lainy. I'm a Reiki Master, Reiki Shamanic drummer and have been gifted the beautiful seeds of Munay ki. Come and join me for a deeply restorative journey of release and renewal. We’ll begin with a guided surrender meditation to gently let go of tension and resistance, opening space for healing. Reiki energy will be shared to promote balance and relaxation, while the rhythm of shamanic drumming helps you drop into a meditative state, connect with your inner wisdom, and restore harmony in mind, body, and spirit."
