Back in my body for weekend one of the new Glasgow Pilates Teacher Training at After 15 years of delivering the Level 3 Diploma I never get tired of it! I just love to see the enthusiasm on the faces of my new students and I can't wait to see where they take this.

It still blows my mind…

Years ago, I had this deep inner pull - a dream of guiding others, helping people transform, and holding space for healing. I didn’t even know what that looked like yet. I didn’t know the word Breathwork. I just knew something was calling.

Fast forward to today, and I’m posting out certificates to a powerful group of humans who just completed their Breathwork Facilitator Training!

Watching them step into their purpose, lead with their hearts, and guide others through life-changing breathwork journeys… it’s beyond words.

And now, the next round begins.

Our next 6-month Breathwork Facilitator Training starts 7th October - for those feeling the pull, just like I once did.
