Hey everyone, unfortunately the current political situation has put me in a tough spot. With the ever increasing price of diesel I find myself having no choice but to increase my prices just to cover the fuel. To make it simple I will do a £5 increase at the start of the new financial year. I realise a fiver is a big jump but I haven't increased the prices in about 2/3 years.

I realise this isn't the kind of news anyone wants to hear and to be honest I hate having to do it. (blame the big orange American psychopathic war monger)

If this does cause any issues please please get in touch and we can discuss it. All appointments booked at present will be honoured at the current price.

I sincerely hope you understand and I welcome any feedback.

So back in April I started a crazy learning journey doing, sports massage level 3. Then levels 1& 2 for functional integrated dry needling, finally finishing up with sports massage level 4. Yesterday was the final assessment day for level 4 and the final part of my journey. It has been crazy trying to do this while working and taking care of my boys but I have done it. So new treatments to come for the business and a new thirst for learning to boot.
Thank you to the guys at Sports Therapy Scotland you have all been amazing and so supportive. ❤️

So this is what I was doing yesterday and will continue today followed by module 2 on Mon and tue. Very exciting.
