Doing the same thing, day in and day out but wanting a different outcome is well, kinda insane, don't you agree? Sometimes we go through life, with our own dreams & desires bubbling away inside however life gets in the way, stress, anxiety, depression, work, bills, rear their ugly heads etc and we put ourselves & our needs second. Tucking them away for Someday. But you only get one life. Can you truly say to yourself you are living your best life? If yes, brilliant...well done

Can I ask everyone who sees these "beggars* up the town, to not give them money, many are stealing dogs (allegedly),🙄 and I've just had a very interesting and upsetting interaction with these aresholes.
Petting a wee dog and it jumped up in me and wouldn't leave. I said I would buy the dog. He then pulled the dog off me and their 'lookouts" came over and other members of the public came over...
I've called the sspca and they now have the footage...
Do not give them money. Report them each and every time

Feeling very privileged and excited to be a speaker at the Scottish Women's convention for health. The topic is Body Image and how women of all ages feel about themselves. Some Social media influencers have not taken into consideration the effects their words, stories, pictures and videos have on people. I know many influencers who haven't got their s**t together but will tell the world, they are living their best life... Bo****ks!

In addition, my story is based around hormone health and the effects of menopause (all stages) have not only on a women's body but her mind.
I know only too well the impact of a hysterectomy and HRT has had on my body at every level of being human.

I am really excited to be talking at this event, I hope it helps women feel heard ❤️
