Yesterday we hosted our first AI Masterclass with our clients. We explored how leaders can move beyond the jargon and hype to plan for the real impact of AI in their organisations.

We covered:
🔹 The biggest AI trends shaping culture, leadership and operations.
🔹 Why AI skills will separate the stand-outs from the left-behinds.
🔹 Practical tools (including our Workplace AI Toolkit) to take the first steps.

Thank you to Aimee Doole, Martin Welsh and Hugh Welsh for joining us to share a powerful case study from showcasing how AI is driving innovation and competitive advantage for them today. As well as utilising a KTP programme and now the development of a Personal Assistant, C3 have also been supporting an AI cohort within Booth Welsh to play, test and innovative for the business with some great results.

We recognise the same challenges exist in different businesses and in different industries. People are unique and complex but they are often the differentiator between a successful and unsuccessful businesses. Connect Three are a dynamic team of Consultants who are all on the same page, in the same book, in the same library. Seeing people and businesses develop and flourish is what drives us, we live and breathe our values. Most importantly we practice what we preach – funnily enough we don’t always get it right either but we are proud to be part of a team that helps to develop others.
