Warm your feet up GRADUALLY after being outside in the cold 🥶‼️

If you come in after a day out walking about in the snow and to quickly warm up your feet you put them on the radiator, you are at risk of getting CHILBLAINS 😩💔

These are itchy red patches or bumps on the skin that can blister causing you pain! They damage the blood capillaries in your feet which can leave them with reoccurring poor circulation and a shiny look 😢

Protect those feet!!

Brrrr!!! ❄️ it’s cold outside .. lower temperatures can be hard on your feet. If you are already suffering from painful foot conditions winter weather can exacerbate them.

Patients with poor blood circulation, diabetes and neuropathy are especially prone to winter foot problems.

And, if you are not already suffering from a foot condition a dip in temperatures increases your risk of developing one.

So get in touch and have your feet checked over, at your first appointment we can take care of nails, corns and callouses, identify any other issues you may have and leave your feet feeling fresh and healthy.
