It’s not all about weight lifted or numbers dropped when I comes to results!!
My client w***y started a couple months back and was unable to box squat unassisted!

Here he is without a box, no TRX to support him and with an additional 12kg dumbbell to top it off πŸ’ͺ

Way to go my man, keep up the amazing work πŸ’ͺβœ…

Continuing this week with the doubles and the return to heavy lifting with a decent 180kg deadlift for 2 πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
Happy with the form and outcome especially for an end of week sesh πŸ’ͺ
Repping the gear to help me through it.
