From family roots to the future of medical aesthetics......
Finally made it to Northern Ireland — and honestly, it’s taken far too long. My granny and her 12 siblings were all born in Enniskillen before scattering across the globe. Getting to stand on that soil felt like a homecoming that was long overdue. 🇮🇪
But this weekend was about so much more than history.

Genuinely the best I’ve ever attended.

The highlights?
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Advocacy — I spoke about the 10-year journey of Scottish Medical Aesthetics Legislation. A road that wasn’t always easy, but so worth it. I’d love nothing more than to see NI get there too — and with BAMAN leading the charge, I genuinely believe they will.

We talk a lot about work-life balance but rarely do we actually practise it. There's always one more email, one more call, one more thing demanding our attention. The pull of the busy never quite lets go.
Until you come somewhere like this. The Highlands have a way of putting things in perspective. Ben Nevis doesn't care about your inbox. The daffodils bloom regardless of your deadlines. The mist rolls in and out on its own ancient schedule.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is absolutely nothing at all. I'm here for that ✨

There’s often a lot of mystery—and frankly, a lot of unnecessary jargon. If you’ve been curious about a "Full Face and Neck" approach, I want to pull back the curtain and talk about it with you.
This isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about anatomical harmony. When we treat the upper face, lower face, and those vertical bands in the neck together, we aren't just "fixing lines"—we are balancing the muscle groups so everything looks naturally lifted, restored and more rested rested.
The "Expert" Checklist (Don’t Skip This)

Our incredible teams in and have been working tirelessly, delivering phenomenal results for our patients. Beyond the clinic, we've been heavily focused on training the next generation of excellence as well as upskilling ourselves even further.
• Training: Busy with the launch of the new injectable amino acid treatment, as well as deep dive into perfecting Revanasse HA Dermal filler faculty training.
• Expert Mentorship: Leading intensive sessions on and neuromodulator treatments for Scotland's next generation of expert injectors.

It’s been a massive month for advancing medical aesthetics:
• ACE London: Honoured to present on regenerative medicine alongside the DermaFocus faculty and celebrate the London launch of Celora Vita.
• Scottish Aesthetic Conference: Proudly hosted and chaired this event, focusing on the historic changes in Scottish legislation to prioritize medical aesthetics patient safety.

Today, I’m working with a dedicated group of doctors, dentists, and nurses who are committed to "leveling up." We are moving beyond the basics and diving deep into expert-level toxin techniques to achieve high-impact results.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing skilled practitioners refine their craft to provide the highest standard of patient care.
