I wonder when Scotland will catch up with the rest of the world and have appropriate post operative care advising so people can have better results and not suffer from incredible discomfort/pain 🤷🏽‍♀️

The lesson I learned ?
- To keep doing what I do best - HELP PEOPLE FEEL AMAZING ✨

The correct post operative treatments should get started STRAIGHT AFTER SURGERY by an experienced therapist. Post operative care is just as important as the surgery itself, if not even more important than the surgery itself. What you do after your surgery will have a direct impact on your recovery/results.

And the best part? It's absolutely painless!!! In fact it is extremely relaxing 😴🙌🏽

Something you should definitely try before getting a tummy tuck!

2nd photo was taken straight after the second session. *IT WILL KEEP IMPROVING OVER 3 WEEKS AFTER EACH SESSION, THIS IS NOT THE FINAL RESULT.

**We recommend at least 6 sessions for drastic long lasting results

‼️this is how my patient turned up for his first post op session. He knew something was wrong but there was a lack of guidance in the early days after his surgery.
Yes! His garment was provided by his surgeon team here in Glasgow and I see it more often than my nervous system would like to.

Guys, this post is to alert you - if your garment doesn't feel right, if it's uncomfortable, if it's hurting you... Please find an appropriate brand and size! It could actually cause permanent damage.

If you are unsure about your garment please know I will be more than happy to advise you (free of charge). Just dm photos and videos, hopefully I will be able to help ❤️‍🩹
