We’re so proud to see our friends at The Canmore Trust featured in this powerful piece, taking something heartbreaking and turning it into change that is saving lives.
They are incredible people doing such important work, and we feel very lucky to know them!!
Stories like this remind us why we do what we do here, because behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a future that matters. With the right support at the right time, things can be different.

A massive THANK YOU to Hillhead Juniors Hockey Club for their incredible £2,000 donation !
Jackie popped along to their training session on Sunday to collect the cheque and visit the team. Everyone was absolutely drenched, but still smiling for the photo like total legends!
Because of this donation, over 40 people will now receive free counselling sessions; support they may not otherwise have been able to access.
We truly can’t thank you enough. Your kindness is making a real, lasting difference in people’s lives xx

A huge thank you to our incredible Kirkcaldy team!

Ellie, Casey, Tony, and Nathan, alongside our brilliant shop manager Gemma, all helped us move a huge amount of stock today.

The free counselling happening upstairs in Mercat Shopping Centre exists because of people like them.
They worked so hard to make sure the stock arrived safely, and every item sold in our shop helps fund those counselling sessions.

We simply couldn’t provide this service without our volunteers.

Please remember, free counselling is available in Kirkcaldy for both children and adults.

We’re growing our charity shop team !
Following some recent changes in our Kirkintilloch branch, we’re looking for:

A paid Saturday team member (9am–5pm)
(With the possibility of increasing days for the right person)

AND

Volunteers across the week
We know that for some people, volunteering works best, whether that’s building confidence, gaining experience, staying connected to community, or fitting around personal circumstances.

Both of these roles are hugely valued, and both help fund free mental health support for local children and adults.

Erin, Kerri and Beth have been busy this afternoon setting up for Nest on Monday morning. Hours of building baby furniture are well worth it when we see the result... we know we'd love to play here! Come along with your little one on Monday morning at 10am 👶
