The discussion sparked great conversation, curiosity and plenty of interest as everyone enjoyed learning more about life on board and the remarkable tales connected to the ship.

🚢 Part 1 - The Titanic Experience at Kelvinside Manor 🌊

Our residents had a brilliant time enjoying The Titanic Experience, with a fascinating talk from Sean, who truly is a wizard of knowledge on the subject. He brought along real artefacts, making the history feel even more alive and engaging for everyone ✨📜

It was a wonderful day filled with stories, learning and plenty of interest from residents and our guests from Antonine House, who joined us for the experience.

A memorable and educational afternoon enjoyed by all 🚢💛

💃🎶 Line Dancing Fun at Kelvinside Manor! 🤠

Exercise and great company were enjoyed with the lovely ladies from Maggie’s Line Dancing Group. They brought fantastic energy that could be felt throughout the home, and our residents had a brilliant time joining in 💛

From lively steps to plenty of laughter, it was a joyful afternoon that truly lifted everyone’s spirits.

🍹 Happy Bartending Day at Kelvinside Manor! 🍷✨

We had a brilliant time celebrating Bartending Day here at Kelvinside Manor! A huge thank you to our lovely colleague Eleanor, who created some special wee drinks for our residents to enjoy 🍸💛

As you can see, everyone had great fun tasting the different drinks on offer - plenty of smiles, chatter and a lovely relaxed atmosphere all afternoon 🥂😄

❄️ Winter Olympics at Kelvinside Manor! ❄️

Our residents had great fun taking part in our very own Winter Olympics, bringing out plenty of smiles, friendly competition and lots of laughter.

From light‑hearted challenges to cheering each other on, it was a brilliant way to stay active, enjoy the day and create some wonderful moments together ❄️💛

🐾🐱 A Purr-fect Day Out for Our Ladies! 🐱🐾

A few of our lovely ladies at Kelvinside Manor enjoyed the most wonderful outing to Meow Cafe - and what a special experience it was!

They were surrounded by the sweetest cats, happily roaming, playing with their toys and popping over for a little attention (and the occasional treat!) 😻🧶 The compliments were flowing, with our ladies admiring their glossy coats, beautiful markings and adorable little faces.

It was clear the cats are very well cared for and truly cherished. The visit brought plenty of smiles, laughter and gentle moments of connection.

After all those cuddles, it was time to relax with a lovely cup of coffee and a delicious sweet treat before heading back home in time for lunch ☕🍰

A paws-itively delightful day filled with whiskers, warmth and wonderful memories 🐾💕

🌟 A Heart‑Warming Visit from Treasure Trove Nursery 🌟

We had the loveliest visit from the children at Treasure Trove Nursery, and it was wonderful to see different generations coming together 💛

Our residents were absolutely delighted - there were smiles, laughter and lots of sweet moments shared throughout the visit. These intergenerational connections bring such joy, warmth and energy into our home.

🥞 Part 2 - Pancake Tuesday Fun Continues! 🥞

Our ‘flipping’ fantastic Pancake Tuesday celebrations at Kelvinside Manor were simply too good for just one post - so here’s Part 2! 💛

The café was bursting with laughter as residents continued mixing, flipping and decorating their delicious creations. From colourful sprinkles to tasty toppings, everyone embraced their inner chef and had great fun bringing their pancake masterpieces to life.

Sticky fingers, bright smiles and plenty of giggles made it a truly joyful morning. It’s moments like these that remind us just how special our time together is at Kelvinside Manor 💛

We had the most flipping fantastic morning celebrating Pancake Tuesday at Kelvinside Manor!

The café was full of laughter as everyone mixed, flipped, and decorated their pancakes with all sorts of delicious toppings 💛

From sweet sprinkles to tasty treats, our residents loved taste‑testing their creations and seeing who could come up with the most colourful masterpiece. There were giggles, sticky fingers and lots of happy smiles all around - the perfect recipe for a joyful morning together 😊

💖 A Beautiful Valentine’s Afternoon at Kelvinside Manor 💖

Our wonderful couples and family members enjoyed a truly special Valentine’s Day celebration. They shared smiles, stories and cherished memories of the love they hold for one another

To make the afternoon even more magical, a talented violinist serenaded everyone while they enjoyed a delicious meal. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, laughter and heartfelt moments, a day to remember!
