This International Women's Day, we celebrate not only our own business journey but also the incredible strength of women-owned businesses everywhere.

It may seem unusual to some that we emphasise being a woman-owned and woman-run business. However, the truth is, despite progress, there are still too few of us.

At the current rate, it will take until the year 2156 (five generations) to achieve full gender parity? That's why we must lift each other up, support fellow women entrepreneurs, and challenge the systems that impede progress.

Let's collectively build a future where our daughters and granddaughters see equality as a reality, not a distant dream. We believe that together, we can make that happen.
