Wow!! The course I attended over the weekend in "The art of bodywork" was absolutely incredible. I have learned so much and was taught different ways to treat problems I see regularly like,

Shoulder restriction
Tilted pelvis
Piriformis syndrome
Tight hamstrings

However now, I have been taught how to treat

Lumbar disc problems
Thoracic vertebrae problems
Scoliosis
IT Band
Heard extention problems

To name just a few, I can't wait to get practicing and use my new knowledge to help all my lovely clients ❤️
