Prana for life Prana for life is the product of 30 years in industry , training , travelling and teaching both privately and in further education. We run workshops monthly.

We help you qualify in Traditional Hatha Yoga foundation TT 300 hrs and TT 800 hrs (IAYT) Yoga Therapy course for established teachers, Pranayama, Breath, yoga and lifestyle coaching in-studio or online, Morning breath work classes, 1-1 Yoga and Ayurveda We are now running unique Yoga Therapy teacher trainings. We have regular classes in morning breath-work sessions , because having power over the breath is vital to growth. for physical and mental wellbeing. We offer bespoke one to one Yoga sessions. We have a massage room for Ayurvedic treatments and consultations. We are a certified massage course training centre by CMA. We are a bespoke studio, we are fully accredited as senior yoga teacher and teacher Pro by yoga alliance professionals.

Been a while since I shared a little poem. This one on seeing your true self -

Its called "Who’s in the Mirror"
Are you judging yourself in a pattern of dismay
When you look in the mirror she just wont play
Young beauty that was disarmed
Please don’t stay in a state of alarm

Your past has vanished,
It doesn’t exist
Yet you keep up your punishment
You don’t even resist

Stop, be aware of seeking out-with
Come back to yourself and your seek it within
The true world you live in
Is begging you now
To see all your beauty, your love to endow.

Embrace her and hold her and never let go
Let go of the past and begin in the now
Take what you need from the nectar of life
Banish those moments of trouble and strife

You are the inside you are the love
You are the joy and the heavens above
Tap into light, burn so beautifully bright
So that others who suffer take strength from your light.

Understanding your Dosha ( a Sanskrit word that means excess) - excess of the elements in your own biological system.
Vata - ether and air
Pitta - Fire and Water
Kapha - earth and water

In Ayurveda the food we eat is usually the opposite of the element to that very excess.

If excess water in our cells , it makes eating healthy cucumber and watermelon exacerbate the problem of fluid retention, auto immune and metabolic diseases…. Over time.

So usually the diet adds heat in an example black pepper and ginger, fluid removing foods to keep the excess under control.

If excess fire people eat cucumber and watermelon it keeps heat under control.
