If you've been to one of Toni's classes, you probably noticed the calmness in their voice and an incredible attention to detail in the sequence they create.

Whether it's opening the chest and lungs, or freeing the hips, each movement has been thoroughly thought out, each pose has a purpose, and it will deliver exactly what the class was set out to do.

Toni will notice if you're struggling or uncomfortable, and will help you get the most out of each pose, always approaching and speaking with the kindest voice.

This gentle, caring vibe, as well as the crafting of beautiful experiences on the mat, is quite common in Virgos, and we truly thank Toni for bringing this to class.

BENEFITS
• Improves spinal mobility
• Reduces back pain and stiffness
• Improves posture
• Enhances overall flexibility and range of motion

TOP TIPS
Keep your hips straight. This may restrict your twist, but it makes the pose act where it counts, AKA on your spine.

MODIFICATION
If you have sensitive knees, a yoga knee pads or a blanket underneath your knees is going to make the pose feel nicer on your knees.

Every day, we hear about the conflicts unfolding across our world. Stories of families separated, communities uprooted, and people facing incredible hardship. It's easy to feel powerless, overwhelmed or just detached... we can't change the world but we can shine our light on it and we can help.

Even small acts of kindness ripple outward. Every pound we donate makes a difference.

Here’s the incredible part, in the last century, global hunger has fallen from over 95% of the world’s population to less than 10% today.

We are living in a time where ending world hunger in our lifetime is possible. . Together, we can be part of that change, helping deliver food, hope, and dignity to those who need it most.

Our Story

We’ve gone digital, providing a full schedule of 3 classes LIVE every day. Stay active at home with Bikram Yoga, Inferno Pilates, Deep Release and Ashtanga Fusion Yoga, led by the instructors you love.

It is so important to say fit, strong and calm during these challenging times, but it can be hard when you’re cooped up in the house. That’s where we come in. Our classes help to improve lung capacity, strengthening every system in your body, reducing anxiety levels, lifting your mood and of course burning off those extra calories. Research has shown that, by lowering stress levels, yoga practice can can be helpful way to boost your immune system and decrease inflammation in the body.

With real instructors guiding your every step of the way, we’ll keep you motivated and bring your home practice to life. You can ask questions, get corrections and connect with your class-mates before and after class. Come share the energy and raise your vibration.
