Just a gentle nudge that the clocks go back one hour at 2am on Sunday, 26 October 2025. That means an extra hour in bed - or an extra hour to support those you care for 🧡

If you're supporting someone who may be confused by the change, especially those living with dementia or memory challenges, a quick chat or visual reminder can make all the difference.

✅ Check any scheduled medications or appointments
✅ Adjust clocks and devices ahead of time
✅ Be mindful of changes in routine or sleep patterns
