Hello fellow horse riders. After working as a physio for 30 years, 20 years in professional and equestrian sport and having my own horseriding obsession for 40 years, i thought it might be time to put some of MY ideas into action!
Equelogix is the exciting new service that i put together specifically for the assessment and treatment of horse riders. Our seats are in the saddle and we communicate with our horses with our pelvis, spine, hands and legs but really with the whole body (and mind 🧠 ). Often there can be a weak link somewhere along the line. For example stiffness in the hip, pelvis, back or a lack of balance in our muscles, inhibition of certain muscles and/or overwork of others, pain, weakness and for a whole load of different reasons. Each rider is different and that is what is important. (As well as each horse 🐎)
With a customised assessment protocol and a whole plethora of treatments, techniques and exercises under my belt, we can get you “out of the bit” and onto it!! (Excuse the pun) Helping you to overcome your own obstacles and make your communication with your equine partner smoother and more effective!
