1st Class Food Hygiene Training Introduction and Elementary Food Hygiene Training for Food Handlers Training is provided by Vinnie Rooney who holds the Diploma in Advanced Food Hygiene.

1st Class Food Hygiene Training provides Food Hygiene Training to both Introduction and Elementary level to groups wishing to expand their knowledge of food safety. For convenience Vinnie brings the training to you, bringing all the material needed to complete the course, all he needs is a surface to project his presentation onto. On successful completion of the courses, participants will receive the relevant certificate. This is issued by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland, REHIS.
