🎉 A Beacon of Hope: The Launch of the Brain Health Scotland Centre 🧠

What an incredible week. It often feels like politics is all doom and gloom, but I recently attended an event in Motherwell that was genuinely brimming with hope and vision for Scotland's future. 💡

It was the launch of New College Lanarkshire Brain Health Scotland Centre for Health and Social Care, and it was nothing short of revolutionary. With Alzheimer Scotland, NCL has truly set a new global standard for how educational institutions can tackle one of our biggest public health crises.

One in three of us will live with dementia. Women are at higher risk. Thanks to research we know that 45% of cases are preventable. It’s not too early or too late to take action to protect your brain.
