We wanted to share a quick update with all our lovely clients 💙

Due to a change in working schedule, Nikki will be reducing the number of home visits she will personally carry out for L&N Podiatry. This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it will allow her to focus more on other areas of the business while still ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.

The good news is that Lindsay Ann will be increasing her availability and will be taking on additional home visits. She will now be available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Many of you may already know her, and I have complete confidence that you’ll be in safe and capable hands.

L&N Podiatry Home Visits – Cancellation Policy

At L&N Podiatry, we’re committed to providing high-quality care through reliable and timely home visits. When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

As a small, appointment-based business, short-notice cancellations and missed appointments significantly affect our ability to operate and serve our patients effectively.

Late cancellations often leave us unable to fill the time slot, resulting in lost time, preparation, and travel costs. To ensure we can continue to provide accessible care to all, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Terms:
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows): 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

These charges are in place not as a penalty, but to help recover some of the costs associated with short-notice changes.

Agreement to Terms:
By booking an appointment with L&N Podiatry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
