Through this time, I believe those who suffer from mental health in various forms. Will find it hard to maintain a healthy balance and most without mental health symptoms may start to take on symptoms of anxiety from bad Facebook posts, Bad press & wrong facts causing our loved ones with or without mental health to be more anxious or being scared to leave the saftey of their homes. So as having loved ones myself who are finding it hard to cope with whats going on around the world. Sometimes as ive told them to take each day as it comes don't panic for next week or next year. Live every moment live for today. Laugh and joke this is a good time to laugh and take time to reflect on our achievements and understand how our live lessions so far will be tools to aid us in the future onwards and upwards, "find a postive no matter how negative the moment" for those who are looking for ways to relax with everything going on meditation/mindfulness might help with some you but not all. Plenty of mediations and mindfulness videos on youtube. Or ive posted a pic below to aid those who are interested. Share if you wish. Hope it can help those who need to sleep or relax xx
