As we step into this new year, I’m embracing it with deep intention starting with a chilly and refreshing sea swim under the Full Wolf Moon 🌊🌕🐺✨ A moment of release and renewal.

The Wolf Moon rises when winter is at its deepest, calling us to listen closely to our instincts, to find strength in silence, and to honour the wisdom we've gained over time.

For me this year is about cleansing what no longer serves us, breathing deeply, and embracing rituals that support balance and wellbeing. May this new year bring you calm where you need it, energy where you seek it, and space to reconnect with yourself.

Winter Solstice Blessings ❄️✨❄️Today I celebrate in our usual style, a chilly and refreshing sunrise swim with great friends.

As we enter the shortest day and longest night of the year, the Winter Solstice reminds us that the light always returns.
🖤✨ 🖤
Even in moments of deep darkness, we hold onto the hope and knowing of the return the light.
🤍✨🤍
It is a time of new growth, rebirth and renewal. Out of darkness new light (and life) is born. Alchemy… a transmutation of matter. Each year we enter into a time of darkness, and each year we are invited to embrace the path of our shadow and discover the illumination within us that will begin to birth as we welcome back the light. For without darkness we would not recognise the light. It is the time of year when we pay homage to the darkness of life’s mysteries, while still keeping our faith.... Knowing spring will come again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Beautiful products. The thieves oil is such a lovely spicy smell, reminds me a little of carvol capsules. The calendula oil is fab too...very soothing for my dry sore skin and does help to fade scars I find.
Everything was packaged beautifully; purple shredded paper, a little purple flower and a personal, handwritten note from the seller, Lindsey. Lindsey even included a free sample of cleansing balm."
