Also more comercially known as Halloween or all hallows eve, Samhain marks the end of summers harvest and the bringing of winter.
Tonight on Octover 31st, the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead is at it's thinnest and it's a time to remember and honour ancestors (and animals) passed 🙏
You can add photos or keepsakes to altars and light candles in their name, as well as writing names and messages on paper and burning on Samhain fires 🔥

Autumn is the perfect time for heat based massage therapies like hot stone or oriental bamboo massage to help ease sore tight muscles🙌

As the season gets going and the days become cooler, it's also a great time to incorporate essential oils with anti-viral properties into sessions too, either in the diffuser or blended into a massage oil for aromatherapy 🌸

Our skin also notices the change in weather too, often feeling drier or dull, including a facial massage in treatments is delicious 💆‍♀️

And just like that....Healing Hands Glastonbury is 7 years old! 🥳💫💜🙌

September 2018 I opened my therapy space, ran my advert for the first time, blanketed the town with business cards and waited....and then you came 🙏

I honestly don't have words as to how much each and every client has meant to me over the last 7 years of self employment. I still have a handful of you hardcore original bunch that return each month! Many of you have then brought me your loved ones to help and support which is the biggest compliment I could have ❤️

Some of you have become friends and pretty much family - offering to pet sit or bring round food and supplies when I had flu badly last winter.

This is so much more than just a job for me. I LOVE what I do and helping each of you on your journeys of healing and health . But without you, i'd be nothing 🙏
