We are all equal.. cows are intelligent, gentle and emotional beings which deserve respect and the right to live without being used for what they can give us..

Often in nature, the cure is close to the poison..
In our physical lives, we share the same experience..
We dip into a depression only to come out the other side.. every thing gets better in time..
It's the journey of the poison where you ride the waves to access the cure.
It's the lessons learnt, the new found self awareness and the newest version of yourself which is born.
Remember to become the 3rd person when you are feeling low.. you are not this body, you are not this mind, you are so much more powerful than you could imagine.
Step into the knowing of the true self..

Could not be more prevalent right now!!!

It's rare you should ever have the whole of the glen to to yourself, but today... it happened..
An incredible, unexpected activation of the heart and throat chakra.
I cried and released so much...
It's amazing how one spot in nature, so full of mystery can shine a light on who and what you are still holding onto!
It was a huge realisation of how tension can be released within the body by JUST letting go of certain situations, people or things...
So much gratitude to the spirit of the glen...

Been looking for a lil greenhouse everywhere... Finally found one and growing tomatoes, strawberries and avocado trees in there😍
It's all slowly coming together xx
