✨ Triangle Pose and Reverse Triangle ✨

These two powerful poses may look simple, but they offer deep, full-body benefits when practiced with intention.

🔺 Triangle Pose
Lengthens the entire side body while strengthening the legs and core. It improves balance, opens the chest, and encourages better posture. You’ll also feel a lovely stretch through the hamstrings and hips, helping to release stored tension.

🔻 Reverse Triangle
Creates space in the side waist and spine while energising the body. It gently opens the heart and lungs, supporting deeper breathing and boosting overall vitality. This pose can feel incredibly uplifting—perfect when you need a reset.

💫 Why practice both together?
They complement each other beautifully—one grounding and stabilising, the other expansive and energising. Moving between them builds strength, flexibility, and awareness, while creating a sense of balance in both body and mind.

There’s something truly magical about this sequence ✨

Moving gently into shoulder stand, feeling that quiet strength and stillness… then melting into plough, letting everything soften and release. Opening into wide plough creates this beautiful sense of space, before surrendering into pose of tranquility — a moment that feels like pure exhale.

Floating back to shoulder stand, finding stability again, and then slowly transitioning into shoulder bridge… grounding, opening, and energising all at once.

It’s a journey — of strength, softness, and surrender. A reminder that sometimes the most powerful moments are the quietest ones 💫

✨ There’s a moment in a tripod headstand where everything shifts — not just your body, but your perspective. 💖

At first, it’s all effort. Grounding through your hands, finding that delicate balance, engaging your core so you don’t tip forward or fall back. There’s focus, maybe even a little fear. And then… something clicks.

Your weight distributes. Your breath steadies. Suddenly, you’re not fighting gravity — you’re playing with it.

In that quiet upside-down space, the world softens. What felt heavy feels light. What felt complicated feels simple. There’s a spark of joy that bubbles up — unexpected, childlike, free.

Tripod headstand isn’t just about strength or control. It’s about trust. Trust in your body, in your practice, in your ability to find balance even when everything feels flipped.

Each person will be given a piece of rose quartz to hold and connect with throughout the experience. Known as the stone of love and compassion, rose quartz gently supports emotional release, self-love, and a deeper sense of inner calm.

As the sounds wash over you, you’ll be invited to tune into the energy of the crystal—softening, opening, and allowing whatever needs to be felt.

There’s something about flowing through Dragon 🐉 into Twisting Dragon, lifting into Crescent Moon 🌙, and softening into Side Stretches that just feels like coming home to my body.

It’s strength and surrender all in one sequence — grounding deep into the hips, finding space through the spine, and then expanding outward with breath and intention. Every time I move through it, I feel more open, more connected, and a little more present.

This is your reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and let your practice support you exactly where you are today 🤍

Starting in seated goddess, I can ground down, reconnect, and arrive fully in my body. From there, the side stretches create space where I didn’t even realize I was holding tension; opening, lengthening, breathing deeper with every reach.

And then the twists, my favorite part! A gentle wringing out, like pressing reset from the inside out. Releasing, realigning, and finding that quiet clarity again.

✨ Sound has the power to shift energy, calm the mind, and bring the body back into balance. ✨

In sound therapy, vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks gently guide the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation. It’s not just what you hear—it’s what you feel. The body responds to frequency in subtle but powerful ways.

When paired with crystals, this practice becomes even more intentional. Each crystal carries its own energetic signature, and when placed on or around the body during a sound session, it can help focus healing in specific areas—whether that’s grounding, opening the heart, or enhancing clarity.

People always ask me, “What do I need to bring to a Sound Bath?”

And my answer is always the same… absolutely nothing 🤍

This is your time to receive.
No planning, no preparing, no pressure.

I’ve created the space with everything you need — comfortable mats, blankets, cushions, lavender eye masks and of course the soothing sounds to guide you into deep rest.

All you have to do is show up, lie down, and allow yourself to be held.

In a world where we’re constantly doing, this is your permission to simply be ✨

Just bring yourself… exactly as you are. I often advice that on evening sound sessions - have a bath or shower prior to coming, wear your comfiest clothes (even PJ’s), that way you’re totally done ✔️ relaxed ready for bed 🛌 .

Their soft, flowing tones seem to drift effortlessly through the space, creating a sense of calm that’s both grounding and expansive at the same time. Each chime carries its own unique frequency, helping to guide the mind into stillness while gently supporting emotional release.

What’s the difference in a sound therapy session?

Both instruments use vibration and sound to help the body relax, regulate the nervous system and support deeper states of meditation. But the experience of the sound can feel quite different.

🔮 Crystal Singing Bowls
Made from pure quartz crystal, these bowls produce clear, high-frequency tones that are often tuned to specific notes or chakra frequencies.

Their sound is bright, pure and long-lasting, creating a deeply immersive sound bath experience. Many people find crystal bowls help the mind quieten quickly and allow the body to drop into deep relaxation.

Often used to:
• support chakra balancing
• create spacious, meditative sound journeys
• encourage deep relaxation and stillness

🪷 Tibetan Singing Bowls
Traditionally made from a blend of metals, Tibetan bowls create rich, layered harmonics rather than a single pure tone.
