Who says yoga has to be serious? 🐾

Today’s flow is all about embracing playfulness through animal-inspired movement. We move gently through Cat and Cow to warm the spine, then stretched out into Dog. A little burst of energy with Happy Horse before gliding down into Cobra.

From there, things go creative—curling into Mouse, softening into Swan, and finishing in a deep, delicious Squashed Frog.

There’s something special about letting go of perfection and just moving with curiosity. These kinds of sequences remind us that yoga can be light, imaginative, and full of joy.

Stay playful, stay present, and let your practice surprise you ✨

Lately I’m completely in love with bat balance 🦇✨

There’s something so satisfying about finding that spot between strength, control, and just letting go. It’s playful, a little challenging, and somehow makes me feel both grounded and light at the same time.

Every time I come into it, I discover something new — a deeper core connection, a steadier breath, or just a moment of pure focus.

Definitely one of those poses that reminds me why I love this practice 💫

Want to make Shoulder Stand feel less like a chore and more like a mini adventure? ✨

Try building a playful sequence around it:

Start with a gentle warm-up—think Cat-Cow, bridge lifts, and hamstring stretches to prep the spine and legs. Then layer in some core activation (hello slow bicycles 🔥) so the lift into Shoulder Stand feels supported, not forced.

Once you’re up, make it interesting:
• Add leg variations (scissor legs, lotus, or a soft straddle)
• Play with slow transitions in and out
• Explore different arm positions for stability vs challenge

And don’t forget the vibe , breath, and a sense of curiosity can completely change the experience. It’s not about nailing the “perfect” pose, it’s about exploring what your body can do today.

Eagle balance is a sneaky one—it fires up your legs, challenges your core, and makes your brain work overtime just to stay upright. Plus that great stretch across the shoulders and upper back? Yes please.

✨ Kraków, you’ve completely stolen a piece of our hearts ✨

From wandering the cobbled streets of the Old Town to getting lost in the Kazimierz, every moment here has felt like stepping into a story. The fantastic evenings, the sound of music drifting through the squares, the history in everywhere, it’s been completely unforgettable.

We’ve laughed, explored, eaten far too well!!! We’ve soaked up most of this beautiful city but there’s plenty left to see! There’s something truly special about Kraków — a kind of magic you can’t quite explain, only feel.

Today we walked through Auschwitz and Birkenau, and it’s hard to put into words what that experience truly feels like.

There’s a silence there that stays with you — not empty, but heavy with memory. Seeing it in person shifts something; history stops being distant and becomes deeply real.

It’s not an easy place to visit, nor should it be. But it’s an important one. A reminder of where hatred can lead, and why empathy, awareness, and humanity matter so much.

I’m leaving with a quiet mind, a heavy heart, and a deep sense of responsibility to remember. 🤍

What a magical day at the salt mines 🤍✨

From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like entering another world — shimmering walls, underground chapels carved entirely from salt, and that peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere you can’t quite put into words. Every corridor told a story, every chamber felt like a hidden treasure.

There’s something truly special about being so far beneath the surface, surrounded by history, artistry, and nature all at once. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and just take it all in.

Grateful for the experience, the beauty, and the memories we made today 💫
